Taco Bell — Restaurant in Dinuba

Every time we order food from this taco bell they mess it up. There's no Sour cream or onions on our chalupas even though we were reassured that there would be. We checked our order before driving away. And told them they needed to put Sour cream and onions. They took the chalupas, and put Sour cream, but still no onion. So I took the chalupas into the store and asked for a cup of onions so I could physically put the onions on the chalupas since they seem incapable. This is not a unique experience, almost every single time we go here the toppings we request and pay extra for are missing. The cantina chicken crispy tacos barely have any meat, and thats the only topping. So my tacos were basically an empty shell with like 3 bites of chicken. Aside from that their drive through always smells like rotting grease trap. They gave us a bunch of apology coupons but at this point I don't think we will be using them since they can't ever get an order...

Worst customer service ever I was in drive-thru there was a line we waited for about ten minutes or so . Its finally our turn nobody greets us I tell my brother what was he going to order still hear nothing I place some of my order I receive no verbal response back. We waited another five minutes to apparently talk to ourselves .We pull up to the second window the girl leaves. Male employee ask do you guys need something or was something wrong. I go glad you asked nobody took our Actual DAMN ORDER!!!!!!!! He leaves never comes back......... Everyone who was working drive thru needs more customer service skills because there lacking...

Absolutely horrible!! The cashier was stoned out of his mind! A girl brought a customers order up and softly called his name. There was no way he could hear that. As I wait for my order, both the girl and cashier clearly see the order hasn't been picked up yet, and they just leave it there! As I picked up my order, I told the girl that the food was still there, you can clearly see there was only one person out there, not eating, it's not that hard! Her response was, "Well, I called his name, and he doesn't hear me." Call him again, take it to him...
