Went thru the drive thru ordered a fish and shrimp platter.once we got home and I started eatingI realized that the batter was not completely cooked ! I called to let them know and the manager on duty @3 pm on January 7th ask me to return the plate for them to inspect it 🤔stead of getting an apology for the inconvenience . I was already home. There was no way I was going back so I just trashed the food. Terrible way to resolve a simple issue! Not going back and I will advise all to check your fish and make sure it’s fully cooked prior to leaving...

Went through the drive thru and the worker told me she'd be with me in just a moment. Waited almost 10 minutes before we said "hello?" Worker said "oh are you ready to order?" She must've forgot we were there. By then 2 more cars were behind us and no one was ahead or us. Worker was very nonchalant chit chatting with another girl when we got to the window. Asked if we needed sauce all to not put anything in our bags. Don't recommend...

Foods pretty good most days. Sometimes they don’t fry their fish or chicken long enough and the batter is still gooey on the inside and their yellow not golden. When specific people aren’t working the rest off the crew seem to slack big time in cleaning and being nice. Please order some more black pepper? It’s been out for like almost 2 weeks. Need it on the potatoes and gravy or they just taste like...
