Me & Martha's Express — Restaurant in Dinuba

I placed my order for pick up at 12:53am and she said my food would be ready in 15 minutes. At 1:25 pm, I am standing there at the counter, waiting to be helped, and the waiter passes me many times without acknowledging. Finally at 1:40pm, I am told they had not even started making my food. So I leave without my food and when I got home, the owner called me Asking me if I still wanted my order. When I told her no, she raised her voice at me as if it was my fault. This is the second time I’ve had this encounter with the owner and her son. She has a bad attitude and acts like she doesn’t even want to be there in the restaurant working. She’s very rude and has poor customer service skills. The food in the past has been good, but the service that the owner provides is horrible. There is only one person I enjoyed dealing with and her name is Patty. The two times I’ve had this encounter. It’s been Patty’s day off. So therefore, I do not go when Patty is not working. If Patty ever leave this restaurant is the day I will no longer be going to this restaurant because I refuse to deal with...

4/23/25 Friday night. 6 pm. Dead. No one inside. Waited for drinks too long. Waitress had zero personality, and very slow. Never checked on us. No beer selection at all. Chips were unsalted. Salsa was spicy juice water with a few lumps of veggies, how dare you call that salsa. All the meat on every plate was recooked, tough, chewy, and bland. Nothing had flavor. The beans were dry and saltless. Rice was meh. Absolutely horrible food and lame service for our party of 7. Close your restaurant and lease it to someone who cares - its clear you guys don't anymore. We came from Sanger for a delicious dinner, brought the family, hyped you up, and we frankly were embarrassed by the entire service. Negative 5 stars. Asked for hot sauce, they gave me tapatio. No green/red/hot sauces to offer and burrito tortillas were hard and over cooked and the torta bread was stale and hard. Every plate was terrible and a sorry excuse for mexican food. Gas station taqueria...

Never ate there before...We don't live in Dinuba so we went to go check it out. I ordered some Chicken Taquito and it came with Guacamole...and a little side salad. I told them No Chile or anything hot because I don't eat chile and No Cheese. It came to my table looked perfect. Started eating it and they must have dropped some of the Chili Verde that my friend was having in my guacamole because after I dripped my Taquito the 3rd time.. my mouth began to burn , my eyes got watery and I began to choke. I drank so soda real fast to calm it down. It burned for awhile. My friend was looking at me like What's Wrong . I told her I just ate a bite of chili in my food. After that my mouth was still on fire. We both waited for a Refill and the Waitress never came. So we finished and came to pay and told her about what happened and she said you order didn't have any chili. And I Told Her I Know. And that was that. Probably...
