Dunkin' — Restaurant in Dixon Township

Great place to stop for all inconveniences at once! Bad food, bad staff, bad parking!

I don't know how this place is so bad. close to the worst restaurant in Dixon. Another KFC disaster. Everyone was very excited for this business but it was not worth putting this shop in town. It needs work to say the least. Horrible experience. Horrible donuts. Horrible coffee. Literally just mid.

The selection of donuts is sad as well. Plain and boring not a big selection. If you can even manage to get them! . Because many times we've gone through and had to get nothing do to their lack of product.

Also a horrible hiring experience. The Managers are never there. I'm not even sure they exist at this point. They always lie and tell you fake times for interviews. I've dropped multiple people off for interviews and every time they walk out upset because "the manager isn't here" "the manager took a one day vacation" "we thought the manager was here and apparently they're not" it's pure insanity. They don't pay you on time and try to tell you you can't receive your pay unless the manager is there. (Dropped someone off to get a check after they told her to pick it up. and then they told her she couldn't get it cause the manager was magically not there by the time we arrived, we had to leave she didn't get her money) (I live 8 minutes away). The shenanigans this place pulls is crazy.

Also it seems nobody is trained on anything apparently because nobody knows what their doing. Seemingly ever. The app is useless as well or getting help with the app. Be careful or you can lose all your points.

And even then if you do get a job, the staff they let go talk about how bad of a job it is to work. Even the parking lot is wonky and hard to use. They are not worth your time. I've witnessed this happen multiple times now to multiple people. Get your coffee elsewhere. Get a job elsewhere. Donuts are better and cheaper at gas stations and that's saying something. Nothing is worth the price it's given...

This place was horrible! Each time I been their my order was wrong… orders as small as a large cup of coffee! Each time they had cream in my coffee’s which I had not order cause I do not drink it!!! then they messed up my avocado, bacon and tomato sandwich. I drove away from there only to see I have a half of a sandwich with avocado and pieces of bacon on it now how do they mess that up? When Day asked me if I wanted bacon and tomatoes and I repeated yes I want bacon and tomatoes and all of that!!!! so I was upset about that because I had to go back to work. Then today I go there very hungry and I ordered a hash brown and bacon and tomato avocado sandwich again and after waiting for 15 minutes which was too long because it was only one order in front of mines that already had their order but was missing something as well. I find out when I get in the car and drive off my hash browns are so old and hard and my avocado sandwich was not cooked The bacon was raw it have not been warmed or grilled at all so imagine how I feel right now !!! I’m stuck at work. I cannot make it there right now. I cannot call because they do not have no phone number but I will be back there soon as I can because I am so sick of these messed up orders. I have been there about five or six time trying to give them the benefit out of the doubt thinking different staff would do better and for some reason it is not clicking with them to make the order that you asked and paying for. This is not a good look for a new establishment in the community this is bad business and the one star is for the avocado sandwich itself and not for service...

Update: stopped in to use the Monday coffee deal for rewards customers. I was the only customer in the store and asked questions about how it worked. The lady working seemed annoyed and did not want to help.

She was working the inside and answering the drive. A lady came in after me and ordered and she also seemed annoyed. I'm unsure of their exchange, but she whispered to me "she shouldn't be answering that headset while taking our orders".

She didn't mix my iced coffee all the way. Was annoyed I forgot to ask for sugar.

For a muffin and iced coffee it took almost 10 minutes and I was the only person that was in there. I didn't get the Monday coffee deal or any help with it either.

She was always so sweet and fri3ndly and on point w her service!

Staff is always friendly and patient. Donuts are fresh. Coffee is good. Cheaper than Starbucks. Getting in and out can be a bit of a pain because of the set up, but it's not that bad.

UPDATE: after many lost power in the Sauk Valley area it seems they went to DD for breakfasr/coffee. They were super busy and the staff handled it graciously! They moved through the line quickly, I didn't hear of any errors in anyone's orders. They were quickly running through items, but weren't out. The staff had smiles on their faces and were working hard. It was great to see the team effort they were putting in to...
