I have been so happy with my experience here! I was not part of the engagement ring process as my fiancé surprised me, but between him and Bob (at Venier) they picked out a PERFECT ring for me. I know from talking to my fiancé that he had a seamless experience working with Bob during this process. Not only were they easy to work with, but the final result is stunning and exactly what I wanted. The diamond itself is beautiful and wonderful quality.

My fiancé did get the ring a little too big for me on accident and Bob was able to resize it in the store one day when we came in. No sending it out to another location or anything like that. Resized within minutes right there and ready to wear back home! That isn't the case with a lot of places these days.

Just last weekend we went back to pick out our wedding bands. This is saying a lot because Venier Jewelers is over an hour drive away from us. But there is no where else I will ever take my ring to be adjusted or cleaned. I trust them so much.

Therefore - it was a no brainer to go back for our bands. We were able to take our time without feeling rushed or pressured to buy something. Bob had good input and recommendations when we were a little unsure of how my bands would match my engagement ring. Rather than just trying to make the sale and get us out he ordered new rings to be the appropriate size and his turn around time is wonderful. They will be in well in advance of our wedding. I can't wait to wear everything together!

My fiancé was able to get a band for himself that fits his style as he did not want anything super flashy or shiny. Bob helped him to try on multiple styles and options and helped us to find a band that fit what we were looking for. Bob also helped him to select a finish that better suits what my fiancé wanted and will be able to put that on the band before we get it.

Pricing is extremely fair for the quality of the ring/bands. I would recommend my family and friends to go here. You will not be disappointed if you do!

Let me start by saying this family owned business goes above and beyond to take you in help you design a beautiful piece of jewelry! They are very helpful on showing you exactly what your imaging and making your dream come true. Then you get the surprise of a lifetime... it is Valentine's Day first if all and you throw Mike a text asking how your ring is coming along and he said cool things ahead soon. Then about 30 minutes later a text saying it is here and it's beautiful. Well now I am sooo excited and bummed because I am stuck at work till 530 and they close at 5. But you let them know that and that you will be there at 9a.m. to pick it up. Now your like a little kid and talking about it to all your workers just can't handle the excitement. it wasn't even an hour and someone tells you there is a guy up front Wanting to talk to you, You tell them to come back as you're shampooing a client because You think it's a quick question. The shock of Mike's Son Anthony from Veniers is standing there with a little white box just for me. This is the first time I have ever taken the time to write a review for anyone, but I definitely wanted to do so for Venier's Jewelry Store.These gentlemen were absolutely amazing! I left my necklace there to be repaired. My dad had recently passed, and I was going to my nephew's wedding,... the first wedding since dad passed. On that necklace was also his thumb print. I didn't know I would get emotional about it and need that necklace with me At the wedding... I called The day before to see if my necklace was ready and it was not. I never told them that I needed it because I didn't know I would become emotional. I told them I would pick the necklace up and then bring it back to them at a later date to be repaired. Immediately upon hearing the story, they said. "Well we need to get It repaired by tomorrow then". I told him that that was not necessary, but they insisted. The repair was more difficult than originally thought. However they still had the necklace ready so I could take it to the wedding. They were so kind about the whole thing...
