PLEASE! BE AWARE!
My friends and I chose to have breakfast at this place because of the 4.7 star rating, however, this was by far the worst dining experience ever! I should've known something was up when I tried ordering the steak chipotle tacos the cashier said that they only had pork tacos. Then I tried ordering their Chai drink and was also told that this was out as well. Our friends received their order after a lengthy hour wait and when my husband and I asked about our order we were told that it hadn't been processed and that we would have to wait even more time. By the time we got our order our friends had already finished their food. I'm glad we were at least offered a chocolate chip cookie and a muffin because my husband's pancakes were burnt. When the waitress brought our food she said that she would refund our order money since she had messed up. As we were leaving we stopped by the cashier to ask about the "order refund" and she told my husband that it would post at the end of the day and that we need not worry about it since it would go directly back to the card he had used to pay. Guess what?! His card was charged and up till today he hasn't been refunded a single dollar! Liars! If we would have know how bad the service was at this place we wouldn't have left a tip from the start. The problem is that they take your order right at the entrance so you tip without even knowing how bad the service is. I'm very...
Read moreThis place looks beautiful. The decor is cute, the food looks yummy, and the staff plays the part of fashionable hip servers. Unfortunately, it was all surface level.
This place is loud. The walls are bare wood which looks nice but turns the restaurant into an echo chamber. Multiple patrons decided to have conversations on their speaker phones, so I got to catch up on all their important business dealings. Lots of movers and shakers out for brunch on a Sunday.
The food was expensive and cold. My partner ordered the chicken and waffles. When it eventually arrived (long wait for a mostly empty place) It looked delicious. Sadly it was very cold (waffle couldn’t even melt the butter), and some of the chicken was pink and raw.
I had the farmers breakfast. It was over $20 for soggy cold potatoes, one slice of soggy toast, sausage, and two eggs. The food was bland, but it did look pretty.
This place felt like the type of restaurant where one could park their cybertruck in full view of the crowd, and loudly explain crypto to an uninterested date. Next you could take a lovey picture of the food (maybe eat it), and then tell social media what a great time you had before going on with a life totally devoid of self reflection...
