Domino's Pizza

So, as I was walking up to the stores front door, a girl worker was outside on the side where they park their delivery car smoking. I get hit with a massive smoke cloud of what seemed to be a black and mild as I walk in. That was so repugnant to say the least, but it only gets better from here. So, when I walk in, the guy with long thick dreads looks at me like I just walked into his apartment unannounced. He does not acknowledge me, and stares me down like I owed him money or something. I then acknowledge him and he doesn't respond. He comes up to the register with his angry face, like I was bothering him just by coming in the store and picking up my pizza. He asked a coworker about my order and his coworker tells him the update. After that sequence, the girl that was outside comes in from smoking with her angry face and gives me a nasty look. She stinks to high heaven of black and mild and makes the place stink so bad, imagine black and mild smoke mixed with the smell of dominoes. I wait about 5 minutes for my pizza and head out with a headache. The thick dreaded worker was outside smoking weed at this point, and when I head out the front door of the store I get hit with a huge cloud of weed smoke. This stuff smelled nasty too, and I got a cloud of it in my face. As I was driving away I looked over at him and he was just staring me down with his blunt or whatever in his hand. I've had some bad experiences at other dominoes before, but this one took the cake. I want to feel bad for these people who work these jobs for what they get paid, but this was just crazy. I felt like I was getting pranked, I came home and my wife could smell the weed smoke on me. She thought I smoked weed while I was out that's how bad the cloud of smoke I went through was. I'm pretty sure the long dreaded worker did that on purpose. I will be sending an email to the general manager of this location and see why they allow this kind of behavior to be displayed in front of customers. The blatant disrespect and nonchalant attitude towards blowing weed and cigar smoke in the direction of customers is quite frankly insane. I hope they rectify this situation ASAP, do...

What a 'Joy' it was to decide on Domino's on this particular night... I order a simple pizza (Brooklyn style half pepperoni/pineapple and half cheese)Joy, whom made it VERY CLEAR that she was the manager made my pizza...the first time, yes the first time, I received a whole pizza with pepperoni and pineapple, simple mistake right? I returned the pizza to the counter along with the receipt so they had the correct order, with frustration as I had 5 picky eaters in the car that now have to wait 15 more minutes for Joy to correct the pizza, I took a slice on my way out for my autistic son who refused to wait and being hungry is his number one trigger! As I'm walking out manager JOY YELLS TO ME 'DO YOU JUST WANT A REFUND' no Joy, I'd like to feed my kids that are in the car and hungry if that's okay with you....fast forward to 30 minutes later, I decide I'd go see why the pizza is taking so long...yeah they just sat it on the shelf and didn't even bother to bring it out as my original order was a curbside delivery, least of my problem, the second pizza was original crust and half pepperoni and half pineapple....so as I sat in the lobby to tell Joy she made my pizza wrong again, she decided to pretend I wasn't sitting there and helped every other customer until I addressed her and told me I was wrong and she was right and emphasized that she was the manager. I walked out and that was the end of that. I've given Domino's way too much money to be disrespected. I don't think JOY likes her job much either. I have witnesses!!! So normally I do not have a problem with this place, but to be fair it’s been a hot minute since I have ordered from here, until last night that is. I placed an order a whole hour before my break which is at 7:30 pm at night I placed the order on the app about 6:20 pm. My order didn’t arrive until almost 9pm!!! Mind you on the tracker it said they took my food out of the oven at 7:09pm?!?! I called the store two times and was put on hold both of them times. The driver came in and had an attitude and didn’t even apologize that my order was HELLA late or anything, on top of that it didn’t even have a fork in the box with the meal and the food was just about cold ! Luckily where I work has utensils and a microwave !

Look I get that places are short staffed right now trust me I work at a place that is short staffed ! But at the same time they could have called me to let me know my food would be late, they could have answered my phone call but they didn’t. Also The driver could have Apologized but she didn’t.
