Came in on 8/5 because we were craving some BBQ and Teddy's was closed and let's just say I was very surprised by how good the food was and the portions provided. My wife got the brisket bowl and loved it, I got the brisket taco plate and that was really good. We ordered an extra 3 meat plate for our kids with pulled pork sliced brisket and sausage and that was also really good and the pulled pork was some of the best I had outside my own. The only thing that I wish was better was the mac and cheese my wife loved it but it was really greasy. Overall we'll come back for another try. I’ve tried many BBQ joints from Weslaco to Alamo for almost 20 years… I gotta say that Ain’t She Grande BBQ really delivers on it’s restaurants namesake. As much as I enjoyed their delicious ribs… I go in for their famous brisket sandwiches 😋 there are many other places that sell their sandwiches on the cheap, with dry & little to no meat, but Ain’t She Grande brisket sandwiches are pure smoked perfection with enough meat for your buck.
