Gelato Orquídea Negra — Restaurant in Dorado

This place was phenomenal! My family and I ordered three pizzas. All of them were great but the Farmer's Pizza was outta this world. The Farmer's is packed with meat and drizzled with honey. As a New Yorker, that sounds crazy but it was one of the best pizzas I have ever had.

The atmosphere was great and it is a very kid-friendly. How could it not be when it is on a farm? Staff was super friendly

The Gelato was awesome too. They have a wide variety of flavors. I had the pistachio and was better than I expected. They also make their cones with ingriendnts from their farm.

Orquídea Negra is a great family run business. Every time I go, I realize just how wonderful it is. Tonight, I had a great Belgian triple beer, margarita pizza & an amazing guava gelato. Avant-garde gelato shop with extreme attention to detail. All gelatos share a base that is prepared with the freshest and best quality of ingredients. For example, the eggs are right from Finca Pastoreo's farm, where the store is located. (can't get any freshest!) Most of the flavors and additions are local and/or organic.
