The Loaded Taco & The Loaded Burger Food Trucks — Restaurant in Doraville

Our companies first experience with this truck was to celebrate our companies 68th year of operation. 70 people at the site who have a dedicated time to have lunch. Was on their calendar to show up at 3pm, on contract to be her at 330pm so that we could be served food by 4pm. Tried calling for two days to make sure they would be on time and had no calls back. We tried calling all day and was about to call them to say we are calling it off, but finally got a call at 355pm stating they were on their way. Didn’t get here until after 4 and didn’t set up and start serving the 1st person until 445pm. Employees had to be back to work by 5pm which caused the entire operation to shut down and some employees having to have to-go orders where they couldn’t eat until their next break, 4 hours later. Extremely unprofessional, no communication and not on time.

As far as the food goes, they had 5Alarm Chili dogs on the menu, took the orders for the Chili dogs but then served naked dogs covered in processed nacho cheese like you would get at a high school concession stand. After asking where the chili was, the response was they ran out of chili. Why would you even take the window order then??? Another item was the Buffalo chicken Burger which the description says “ground chicken” but ended up being a fried chicken cutlet on a bun and not a chicken burger. More like a sandwich.

They were also suppose to provide 4 different enfused tea’s, sweet tea, and soft drinks and providing a speaker for music and corn hole for games. No speaker, no music, no corn hole, no enfused teas. Only sweet tea and soft drinks showed up. For an event that was suppose to be a big deal, The Loaded Burger/Taco truck was underwhelming to say the least. The only reason there is 2 stars, not 1 is because presentation was ok. Flavor was underwhelming as well.

I’ve used The Loaded Burger/Taco three times now at different corporate events around the Atlanta metro area. Everytime has been a solid experience. Their teams who come out are nothing but exceptional how they prep, setup, and serve the customers we’re trying to feed. I couldn’t be happier with their service and the food is always a hit. Burgers and tacos are spot on each time. In fact, when we threw them a bit of a curveball with the number of people we were trying to serve on the day of the event they flexed up and made it happen without complaint. People don’t expect this. It was a one-off situation, but they pulled it off spectacularly. Thanks to Vanita and her teams we have served many happy customers. Can’t wait to have them...

I just wanted to tell you that the Loaded Burger Food Truck was an immense success! Everybody raved about how delicious all of the food was; the MacnCheese burger, the Fried Chicken sandwich and the Portebello burger were particular favorites. And the sides were perfect and delicious! The guys, (sorry...I am forgetting their names), they were wonderful! They arrived on time, were courteous, left the area spotless and even brought the remaining sides in big baskets up to the party before they left. Be assured that we will definitely be calling in the future to hire the Loaded Burger and the Loaded Taco trucks (I am excited to try the Loaded...
