Kaye Bakes — Restaurant in Georgia

I was told to go on the site and fill out detials of my order. I ordered a 8 inche red velvet cake and on the sited added that I wanted the cake sprinkles on all of the sides of the cake and I wanted the top clear with just the frosting and ask to put happy birthday and then the name. I pic up the cake get home and they only put the sprinkles on the bottom and then completely had the top covered as well.

I text the lady to inform her of it being done incorrectly, she proceded to text me back telling me that there is nothing she can do about it now. No apologies nothing. Bad service and not apologetic at all for the money you spend. I will never order here again and I'll make sure other I know will not as well if they have people like this...

Im sorry about the review. The cake was beautiful. She had great communication. The only issue is the red velvet cake was dry not moist. I eat red velvet often. I wanted my special occasion to be amazing but my guess did not the expensive cake. My guess complained. I spent a lot of money on this cake. I always get my cake customized. I tried Kaye Cakes but I was disappointed with the taste of the cake. I tasted the cake and realized it was dry. I'm not sure if the cake was overcooked or frozen then created.The next day I ate another piece and it tasted like I had it for a while. I'm not buying customized cakes...

I had a Kaye Bakes cake made to order and it was the best cake I ever had! It was moist delicious and just the right amount of frosting. Her cake are out of this world! I will not ever order from anyone else. Kaye Bakes is the best! The owner cares about each and every customer and is very professional in presenting her cakes.
