The Good: Honestly, the food was undeniably delicious. The ribs, in particular, were some of the best we've ever tasted – tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. There's no doubt about the quality and taste of the meat itself; it's a true highlight.
The Not-So-Good: Unfortunately, the positive experience with the food was significantly overshadowed by several issues.
Disorganized Service: The service was quite disorganized. We ordered a family pack with various meats, and after waiting for a considerable 15-20 minutes, we were informed they didn't have some of the meat we requested. They offered to bring us something else, only to claim later that what they brought was, in fact, our original order. This confusion created a frustrating start to the meal.
Hygiene Concerns: The most pressing issue was the unsanitary environment. The area was plagued with an excessive number of flies, especially around the tables. This is highly unhygienic by any food service standard, let alone the expectations in this country. I strongly suggest they invest in more fans to help dissipate the flies and improve the overall dining comfort and cleanliness.
Lack of Basic Facilities: It's concerning that there are no bathroom facilities available, with the explanation given that they're "not allowed" to have one. While it's understandable for a pure food truck operation, when a business sets up a tent and tables for dine-in customers, providing basic hygiene facilities like a portable toilet becomes essential. When eating ribs, hand washing is a must, and the complete absence of any place to clean hands is a major oversight and deeply inconvenient.
Conclusion: It's a genuine shame because the food truly stands out. However, cleanliness, hygiene standards, and basic customer facilities are fundamental components of a successful food establishment. While the delicious ribs might tempt a return, the significant issues with service disorganization, unhygienic conditions, and the lack of hand-washing facilities make it difficult to recommend without major improvements. Focusing on these areas would undoubtedly attract more customers and ensure a more comfortable and positive...

Read moreDon’t sleep on this place, food is cooked to perfection! It’s not a brick and mortar business, but rather a food trailer which I love. The people running it are super friendly and patient, even offered a sample. They do not speak English but accommodate by using a translator app. Prices are fair for what they offer, portions are generous and food quality is great! One of the best BBQ style meals I’ve...
