Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Dothan

I placed an order online. Sometimes I tip, sometimes I don't. This particular time, I did not. I get a call around the time my food was supposed to be delivered. For reference, my job is 2.5 miles away from JJ's. The caller stated that it was the owner of Jimmy John's and was about to turn in. He then asked me if I wanted to leave a tip for the drivers. He stated that he usually asks this if he doesn't deliver directly to the person and leaves it in an area like I instructed. There has been a few times where I have not tipped. Majority of the time I do. However, I have never received a phone call when I didn't tip asking me to. What was I supposed to say? I felt coerced into tipping. This person could or could not have been the owner for all I know and has my food in his possession still. Weird business tactic. Super disappointing. No more delivery for me. I've been there several times, in PCB that is. But when I went to it in Dothan, I had my order called in. The guy argued with us about the order "just a turkey slime cheese and bread ONLY" and a pickle. When I get the order; it's way more than what it was suppose to be and it was wrong. The guy wrung it up wrong and put it as the #3 not the Slim. So it was NOT AT ALL right. I called the store explained the situation and that it was my lunch and I was at work, he said bring it back and we will remind you. 8.09$. Nope, I got refunded JUST for the sand which because apparently "they didn't get the pickle back". I gave them exactly what they gave me and I only got my 6$ back. The guys didn't have ANY IDEA about the refund and he even had to call home manager who was out of town to do the reins. WORST VISIT EVER AND WILL NOT EVER RETURN TO THIS JIMMY JOHNS,...

Usually a pretty solid place with very friendly staff. Disappointed to notice that lately, especially tonight, the crew was unfriendly. Didn't say a word when my dad said "yall have a good night." Also last week my mother's vegetarian sandwhich had shreds of turkey all in it, she's a vegetarian and was very disappointed, but we understood because they wear gloves and it probably sticks to it. Tonight we tried again and they served my dad a sandwhich with just turkey on bread. He was supposed to have everything on it plus Jimmy mustard. Got hone and had bread and turkey and was pretty upset. Hate to say one of our favorite places has declined...
