The staff at this particular Jack's is abundantly friendly... Congenial beyond all expectations for a fastfood restaurant atmosphere... Their focus on hospitality and customer service proves that they truly care about the hungry multitudes that walk through their doors.. And deep down at heart they prove that they in fact do not fit the typical model of a fastfood restaurant.... Because deep down at heart they are simply a restaurant ...a warm and friendly (southern family) restaurant...which just so happens to serve your food fast... I couldn't have asked for a better experience or a more charmingly interactive staff... Personally I've eaten at many Jack's throughout my number of years but never have I found one quite so embracing and engaging as this one... While I can't promise that every shift will have a crew as welcoming and entertaining as the crew that worked this particular dinner shift, i can however say that by far it stands out among all the other locations of that restaurant chain that I've visited . And the great quality of food that came fresh and hot out of the kitchen that evening, paired alongside the ambiance and the atmosphere of laughter that permeated the restaurant that night, immediately distinguished this restaurant as a place that, not only myself but also everyone else who came with me that evening, would want to visit again and again.. In fact we have stopped in this particular Jack's every time we've passed through on the way to somewhere else, and we've done it enough times to have learned the names of the staff and become familiar with the personal details of their lives outside the restaurant. We have inside jokes with them and they've learned as much about us as we have about them, which simply proves that their southern-charm and warm hospitality is not merely a fake veneer of providing customer service....This crew and seemingly that restaurant in general, which stands out by far among all other Jack's locations I've visited , simply are that charming and friendly... And that friendliness even shows in the generous portions they deliver which,to me,seems to be a lot more for the price than any other Jack's in the past has offered me..... The sage words of our bygone elders ring true in the heart of this establishment...because truly you cannot put a price on...

I just want to warn everyone please check your food your sandwiches, especially. this was served to me just now, note a huge black spot obviously rotten tomato was served to a customer namely me, I don't care how busy that place is and actually it wasn't busy the person that put together the sandwich saw the poor quality and chose to serve it anyway. So customers beware when eating at this Jack's always always check each layer of your food. Because the quality control is non-existent now.
On a side note this is to the loudmouth worker that was questioning why a customer was getting extra pickles. dear, it doesn't come out of your paycheck so it's none of your business unless you're actually handling the food.
The quality of the ingredients see the three images of the slice of tomato with a black spot that's not acceptable and frankly the person that put the sandwich together obviously needs glasses and a remedial course in the anatomy of what constitutes a consumable...

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE PULLING AWAY FROM WINDOW!!!!!!!! the quality of worker's has drastically dropped since ms. carol has left this is probably due to the new gm not knowing how to lead by example but I digress. the much longer wait time at the drive thru window due to poor leadership skills in filling orders in timely manner. trip one: simple order- deluxe breakfast add bacon, bacon egg cheese biscuit, large dr. pepper. trip two: need to pick up item left off order and get an order of pancakes. (no apology when told item was left off order) trip three: wait what are you serious NO biscuit again, good thing I had just rolled away from window before checking.... another go at drive thru bypassing speaker this time, loved how she tried to give me someone else's order. again NOT ONCE IN THE THREE TRIPS TO WINDOW WERE THESE WORDS UTTERED BY WORKER OR MGNT : "we're sorry for the iinconvenience' NOTHING.... now I get to call the manager what a lovely...
