Subway — Restaurant in Double Springs

Never had an issue at any Subway in the 48 states except for this one! There's an old lady who refused me service because she didn't want to give extra onions even though I offered to pay for them. The old lady told me that the Subway protocol was to give six little slices of onions. Never have I had a problem with any problem at a Subway. She then refused me service and threatened to call the police on me even though I wasn't irrate or mean in any way. She got mad because I told her I was gonna do a Google review on her and call corporate. She said it wouldn't do any good and it may not but here I am doing my Google review! As I was leaving I told her to have a blessed day and on the way out she made a comment about me and my husband being an interracial couple. Now I will be contacting the better business bureau. Do not go to this Subway. This woman should not be hired by Subway nor should the place be franchised by Subway. There's way better Subway's out there who appreciates their customers! This old wan with the subway bandana needs...

This is twice I’ve been in with the same person working who handled money with their gloves on and then came to make my sandwich with the same gloves. I asked them to change gloves. Today I go in they were handling money with gloves took them off finished touching money walked over and put on more gloves and straightened the fingers out with their hand with no gloves (which just touched money) the last three times we went in there they only had wheat and flat bread this is at 6:30. Then we went in at 8:45 they were mopping and the guy stopped mopping came and put gloves on and said we already got the oven off we close at 10. So the entrance floor is wet, didn’t wash hands and now they can’t warm up the sandwich or Cook the bacon! We walked out!...

I have been in this subway multiple times 20-30 minutes before closing time. Every time the same girl in there will limit what you can order because it’s “too close to closing time”. My son who will only eat pizza, pizza being the easiest thing to make there, well obviously you can’t order a pizza in the entire last hour of business hours it seems. Tonight I went in there 15 minutes before closing time and was refused service because they were “closed”. Even tho the sign said open and there was a lady that walked in right before me and they took her order. I told her subway doesn’t close until 8 and it’s 7:45. I was told there clock says 8 and I need to set my clock to their time. I will not be back to this subway because of this one...
