Horrible experience at this restaurant. If I could give it a 0 star I would. Our family has been coming here for years. We've noticed service has been going down hill for a while now but continued to support it. We had a bad experience a couple of months back for my daughter's birthday. Our waitress was extremely rude but we spoke with the manager and decided to give it another try. We went today waited nearly half hour for service, the waiter was extremely rude and disrespectful, literally argued with me continuously. When I asked to speak with the manager was told was he was not there but the owner was. A staff member went to alert the owner that an upset customer wanted to speak with him. He told her to tell me he was busy to call another day. We've been customers for nearly 10 years, yet he couldn't take 1 minute to come out and even acknowledge us and personally tell us he was busy but will contact us at a later time to hear out our concerns and complaint. The restaurant was nearly empty the staff was 90% new as it has been a constant turnover. As we walked out a father that was there with his 2 daughters for nearly 20 minutes without any type of service said "the service here is horrible, we're not coming back here" my husband said that's why we're leaving. We owned a restaurant and know the struggles and hard work needed but we would have never allowed an employee to disrespect a customer that is respectful to them and we would have never told an upset customer that we're too busy to acknowledge them.

Was told that whenever someone writes a bad review the owners has friends, families and co-workers go in and write a great review to manipulate the restaurant's...

Great spot for local Spanish food. Customer service is amazing!!! Very nice staff. Will come back again just because of the good service I received. The food here is fantastic the service is great, the bathrooms are always clean and the entire place is always clean the only problem is parking I guess in the evening but during the afternoon i have gone there for lunch I've always found a parking. This restaurant is mostly colombian, yes they sell other dishes but in my opinion their speciality is colombian food and believe me they do a great job. One of my favs is the Calentado Paisa for Breakfast and Beef Sancocho during the weekends I give the place 👍.... I recommend it...treat your self!!!!!!!

Went the other day to this restaurant based on reviews. Went with my family and I cannot stress the amount of regret I have ever coming here. The food was just terrible. None of us at my table enjoyed what we had to eat. I ordered their "churrasco" on a shrimp sauce? and I will tell you that thing is NOT a churrasco by no means, not even 1% and the "shrimp sauce" did not help either. One thing that makes a restaurant is their food at the end of the day and this place failed so bad in that department. I will say the service was good and the manager was kind enough to remove my order from the bill. Would I ever return? definitely not. But I really hope and recommend that they hire a new cook, get better ingredients, and even while they're at it update their menu with better looking pictures...
