Terrible service, and the food isn’t even that good. I was on the phone with a man and asked for a pick up order, and he said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I called not even 2 minutes later to delay the order as my car needed to be jumped and my girlfriend was still on her way back from work with her car. After I asked, he told me, “well we already started making the food.” I was very understanding and polite in my response and told him that “I’m sorry, I’ll be unable to pick up my food until 40 minutes from now, if you guys could delay it or maybe hold on to the foo-” click. He hung up on me in the middle of my sentence, but I didn’t let that bother me and called them back. Once he realized it was the same person he said, “We’re throwing out your food, stop calling and never order from here again,” click. 3 days later I decided to go and try the food before giving a review, my brócoli was soggy, the meat was cold and didn’t taste fresh, and even in person their service was poor. So, after a lot of consideration I decided to give them a try. First time eating Chinese in this area as my family is picky….so glad I tried them!!! Great customer service, friendly woman answered the phone and gladly let me swap something out that I made a mistake on while ordering. The food came earlier than expected and it was literally piping hot in the bag. The delivery guy was friendly too, he waited (I took a little long to come downstairs) and he still smiled and was so friendly. Tipped him nicely. First impression: great spot.
