Disappointing Experience with Poor Service

I have consistently had negative experiences at La Bamba. Every time I walk in, the environment is unwelcoming, and the servers don’t greet you. They always look mad, which makes for a very uncomfortable dining experience.

My latest visit was the worst. I placed an order for pick up and when I went to pick it up, I come to only to find they had given it to someone else. Then they claimed my order was never placed. After going back and forth with them for 30 minutes, I asked if they could remake it, but they refused because they had closed. This wasted my time, and I could have gone to another restaurant instead.

The owners need to get it together and hire friendly staff who can provide better customer service. Until then, I won't...

Called for delivery and had the worst experience ever! The lady was very disrespectful taking my order. Cut me off every sentence, giving me attitude as I ordered,I asked ONE simple question about the Menu..& completely disregarded my question! Called back to put in a suggestion to the manager so she could talk some sense into the lady talking orders to have better service, especially in a restaurant! The MANAGER wanted to argue with me accusing me of bad mouthing the lady taking my order…. I never called to argue or cause any unpleasant time for nobody just wanted her to talk to the lady to have better service and be professional for future references but instead the manager would rather argue with me along with the employees working there. I’m so done with this place. I had to leave my first review ever. Worst service you can get! Those waitresses are not attentive at all. Owners should really fix that. I’ve given this place many chances. Always tipped well and have remained patient while they gossip with each other and I’m in need of a refill or my check. You’re better off going down the street to Riviera Maya where the service is great and the food is better. I have eaten many times at both places to know Riviera Maya is a better experience for the same price. You want good food and great service? Try any Colombian place in Dover.
