I used to be a loyal regular customer to this specific Dunkin Donuts, due to the negative atmosphere I have NOT returned. I was a drive thru customer in September 2024 I ordered my coffee and my breakfast sandwich. I was then told by an employee that the owners no longer ordered the pumpkin swirl. I modified my order, as I pulled up to the drive thru and was given a completely wrong food order and a horrific attitude by a staff member. Kim a staff member acted so unprofessionally and several encounters with Cassie in the drive thru. Cassie's behavior in the drive thru was totally inappropriate and left me feeling very uneasy. Every encounter was difficult, waiting for my receipts communication was ineffective. Aroma Joe's across the street gives much better Customer Service and higher quality products. I mistakenly come back and it’s always the same issues of waiting 20 minutes in the drive through and your order having something wrong or missing. Today they messed up my order and they didn’t believe me when I said they forgot an item and tried to get me to move on through the drive through. I refused and asked for my item that I ordered and paid for. They first asked to see my receipt and then proceeded to take my order back because they didn’t believe me and thought I was trying to get some free food? I ended up being right, shocker, and she gave me my correct order. The whole experience was something I never experienced before and she was very demeaning and rude. Read moreI placed a large order for a group event - I didn't realize Dunkin' takes advance orders, but called two days ahead to make sure I could get what I needed. Manager Adam was very helpful and friendly, took down my order information, and offered me a standard 10% discount for ordering in advance. When I got to the store to pickup my order, even though the drive-thru line was very long and all staff were very busy hurriedly filling orders, Adam took the time to make sure I received the discount as promised and even offered to help me bring everything back out to my car.
