Strafford House of Pizza — Restaurant in Dover

Worse customer service experience I have ever had. Gave them the address waited for about an hour and then they called me explaining that they only deliver to dover when I gave them my address which is in Durham, everything was fine no issues. Didn’t say that they only deliver to Dover stated by the delivery driver. The delivery drive said to call and ask for the manager and I did. I called them back and asked for the manager, explained the situation I said I’d pick it up and asked if they could at least give me discount or something. One I’ll be eating cold pizza two it’s been over an hour, and three I have to go out of my way because they made a mistake. The managers response in a unfriendly attitude “Now why would I do that” and was just very unpleasant and unreasonable these are the type of people who will spit in your food if things don’t go in there way even when they are at fault. Awful place, awful customer service, the fact a manager can be so untrained and uncivilized is mind boggling... these type of people prepare your food! Imagine the conditions your food is being prepared in! When I am trying to give them money and business. Don’t waste your time here they don’t deserve your well...

Overall, pretty disappointed in Strafford house of pizza. I order delivery a couple weeks back and talked to an employee who didn't seem to know much about his own job. After asking him a few simple questions which he had to go ask someone else each time, he seemed very eggar to get me off the phone. I shrugged off this incident and assumed he was just having a bad night.

I called to order dinner again tonight and asked for two RARE cheeseburgers, I typically get mid rare to medium but took into account it would keep cooking on the delivery. I was very disappointed to find that both the burgers were complete cooked through. I can understand being a little over, but to get well done after ordering rare just shows the reflection of care and thought that goes into making other customers food orders. Or at least advertise that the only temps your cooks are capable of are well done or raw Thanks anyway Strafford, I think I'll just stick with Kendall Pond...

I am disgusted by this company! I ordered from them for my birthday back in November 2012 and found a mangled SCREW baked into my pizza! I called them and the manager did literally nothing- she said "Sorry I can't do anything for you" and hung up on me! I vowed never to order from them again, but a few weeks ago my fiance mistakenly ordered from them again and I found ANOTHER metal screw in my pizza!! I called them again and the manager wanted to send me a gift card in the mail. He also had no knowledge of my previous experience but did know of one other similar case involving metal in their food!! These people are ignoring this problem and I am outraged!! Also, I have only ordered from them twice in the past two months and found metal in my food both times- what is the likelihood that its happened many MANY times and gone unreported?!?! I can't believe these people...
