Good food. But they messed up a bunch with my second visit. I week give them another try though.
Update: I came back maybe 2 months later. I ordered on the app, then walked in. There was one couple who walked in ahead of me, otherwise, the dining room was empty. It took a little bit of time for them to get their food, and I could see my bag sitting on the prep counter but nothing was being done with it.
Literally a half hour later (I looked at my receipt to see how long I had been waiting), I walked up and asked if they were still making my food. The guy had a box in his hand and said "we were waiting for this and it just came up out of the fryer," then he handed me the bag. I asked if everything else was still hot and he said, "it should be."
Well, yep. Food should be hot. But it won't be it it sits on a counter for 30 minutes.
The service is always slow. This time, it was like running in reverse.
They were also out of 5 different flavors of fountain drinks (including the one I ordered and my 2nd and 3rd choices) and didn't put the ketchup in the bag like I ordered.
I love their hamburgers. I usually love their fries, but I only ate 2 of them.

The steak burgers were good, but the chicken sandwich my granddaughter ordered was ice cold in the middle! I took it to the counter and gave what was left to the cashier and explained what the problem was even had her touch the chicken. Nobody came to our table to try and resolve the problem. I started looking around at the tables and floors. The floors needed swept and mopped. People were eating and leaving throwing their own trash away, nobody came to wipe off the tables. I also found it odd that there were no tables you couldn't sit at and no plexiglass partitions. When we drove around the back of the building three employees were standing outside the back door smoking/visiting. There was obvious things outside that needed attention as well. "If you have time to lean you have time to clean.". I wouldn't be in a hurry to visit...

Iām allergic to strawberries, otherwise I wouldāve just sucked it up and drank it. I brought my shake and receipt back inside and explained to one of the employees. I even showed him the shake on the receipt and he said he couldnāt do anything about it because āitās the shake that we made for that orderā. I told him it was wrong and I had an allergy and couldnāt drink it. He told me Iād have to reorder it and pay for it again since ordering on the mobile app is done through a third party.
I understand that it might be a third party app, but I donāt see how them making the drink wrong is the apps fault? I didnāt ask for a refund or anything. I just politely asked if they could remake it for me. They made me reorder it and spend another $8 on a shake that was their mistake -...
