McDonald's — Restaurant in Dover

This McD's needs an overhaul. I seen more employees walking around than prepping the food and the wait when I went inside was 30min. That's the 2nd time in 2 months I stopped to pick something up for the family after having a busy day and each time it has been the same......long wait and messed order. 1st time they didn't make the 2 Cheeseburgers right when I asked for only ketchup and chs...as stated on the receipt. The 2nd time they made the cheeseburgers correctly but messed up the chicken sandwiches. They actually placed a hamburg into a special wrap and placed the chicken sandwich order on it and put it in the bag. I inspected the items before leaving but I didn't think to check the actual sandwich because it had the Special order paper attached to it. When I got home my kid goes to eat his chicken sandwich and SURPRISE... YOU GOT A...

Came here tonight 10:15 pm. Google says they close at 11:00 pm. They were out of coffee which is fine that’s out of their control. Before I knew they were out of coffee I gave the girl at the first window my code off of my McDonalds app. My code was gone and all I wanted to know is if I would get it back. I asked her once politely, I was not mad. Little girl wants to have a major attitude talking bout “I don’t know nothing about that app” repeatedly telling me how “they’re gettin ready to close.” …I ordered 2 mcflurries. Little girl needs to get over herself and drop the stank attitude, and realize she isn’t too cool to work. Terrible service. I ordered 2 big Mac meals and a fish filet sandwich. We started out in the drive thru but after 10 minutes of not moving, I went in instead. Workers and obviously customers that they knew, talking- mind you, parking lot and drive thru were crazy as this was lunch rush After 20 minutes waiting inside for our meals- and the sweet tea tasted nasty ( clean out those metal tea makers) Tea made my husband sick after 3 sips. I looked at my order, fish filet was not in my bag, and manager said I wasn't charged for it, they could make one up- I said nevermind, we've been here and outside waiting at least 30 minutes She (manager) at least sarcastically said "have a nice day" Could have at least given a discount or free...
