Located inside the Dover Travel Stop, just off exit 7 on the Spaulding Turnpike, Rolands offers walk-in and drive-thru service (sandwiches only, you'll have to go inside for drinks.) Updated May 2022:. The reopened Roland's is everything that the old one was and more! Fresh baked bread and great ingredients make these sandwiches some of the best ever. And now they are open everyday and past 3pm. The new owners really hit it out of the park. I can't wait to see the new items that will be added to the classic menu.
