I noticed that the service at this location has gone downhill since it first opened, but today was particularly terrible. I pulled into the second drive through lane since there was a van in the first one. I waited patiently, but no one greeted me or acknowledge my presence. The van placed their order and moved on but I was still waiting. I repeatedly said, "Hello, but there was no response.
Frustrated, I backed up and switched to the 1st lane, hoping for better service. After waiting again and receiving no greeting, I said, "Hello, is anyone there?" A woman then shouted at me, "YOU NEED TO WAIT!" I was shocked by her rude tone, especially since there was no line just me in the drive-thru. I informed her that I had been waiting, and she snapped saying, "OK! WELL, KEEPING WAITING!"
I decided to go inside because no customer should be treated like this. As I drove around, I noticed the van was leaving, and the parking lot was nearly empty. When I walked inside there were only 4 people waiting for their orders. I stood at the register, waiting for someone to take my order or at least greet me. A man with tattoos on his forearm brought an order to the front. I said, "Sir, excuse me", but he waved me off, saying, "Wait a minute." I asked for the manager, and he again told me to wait, then walked away.
I recognized the voice of the woman with burgundy and black Ombre hair who had shouted at me. The man, clearly avoiding eye contact with me, told her I was at the register. She approached with the same nasty attitude, no greeting, and no intention on taking my order. When I asked for the manager, she claimed she was the manager. I found that hard to believe, but if she is, it's shameful that she set such a poor example for other employees. I asked her if she was the woman who had spoken to me rudely earlier? She shouted, "NO I DIDNT!" I informed her that she had and asked her name. She responded, "I'm not giving you that, and good luck figuring it out!"
I was appalled by her behavior. As I was leaving another customer approached me and said, "the service here is always like this." He suggested contacting the store number or corporate, as it seems nothing is ever done to address...

I placed an online order 9/21/25 @ 3:59pm. it was an order for 16Pc 50-50 Signature Chicken Family Meal - White and 4Pc Classic Signature Chicken Combo - White
Once I picked up the order and got home, We realized that our order consisted of only wings. On the Popeyes website it states that white meat is a mixture of wings AND breasts. We received no breasts whatsoever. I initially called to see if anything could be done as we wanted a mixture of both. I spoke to the manager (who continuously refused to tell us her name) she kept on saying that this is what we ordered and we specifically asked for only wings (Wrong, I have the receipt) I repeatedly told her the issue and re-read my order as stated on the receipt. Her tone was extremely rude, she then hung up on me. I called again and my call was ignored. My sister in law called twice, call was ignored. I called back once more and finally she answered again, where my sister in law ended up speaking to her and she (manager) began arguing with us, she then ignored us as we were talking and eventually left the phone without hanging up. We sat there for 10 minutes listening to the background noise of the establishment. Before all this, we asked for her name and she responded with “I’m not telling you that” we asked if she was the manager and she responded again with “Yeah, I don't need to give you my name though” This is extremely unprofessional.
I’m not one to write reviews or anything. If there was a mistake with an order then I usually just deal with it. However, the way the manager handled this situation was not right. We would have been okay with just getting a few pieces of chicken breast or a partial refund. Now, here I am writing a review, unhappy with the service from the team members at this location and ready to file a complaint against her with corporate.

Went in today and emphasized several times we wanted spicy chicken. The employee said there were only chicken breasts available and we would have to wait for more spicy chicken to be made. We waited about 15 minutes for the chicken to be made. My mom reminded the employee to please ensure each piece was spicy (we have clearly had previous issues of getting the wrong order).
We get home and of course we received classic chicken. Annoying. We go back to the store and the manager says look at the receipt (which says classic chicken) - she says the employee is not lying. My mom says are you suggesting we are lying? Why would we come all the way back to argue with you about chicken that we supposedly ordered?! Why would we wait in the store for you to cook more spicy chicken?
We would love for the manager and any executives to review the video footage because we are 100% certain we asked for spicy chicken. We are not sure what the employee and manager are up to - maybe trying to get rid of old chicken thinking customers won't come back and complain?
What is perhaps even more appalling - the manager and employee then walked away from my mom and refused to talk to her. They would not give her new chicken or a refund! My mom left the bucket of classic chicken on the counter because she was in absolute dismay by the level of rudeness of the manager.
We filed a complaint with the BBB - the least the manager could do was refund our money.
