Just visited this new location around 6pm it wasn’t too packed, which was nice. The place itself is super cute and has a really fun vibe. We tried three different crepes: the Oreo, Mazapán, and Fried Plátano. All of them were really good, and the matcha was especially delicious! The only downside was the customer service. The girl taking our order wasn’t exactly welcoming polite, yes, but very dry. The staff overall didn’t seem too happy, which kind of takes away from the experience a bit. I was here for the first time, you know, supporting local business. But honestly, it's the worst mistake ever. I get that anywhere you go. There's going to be a wait, but 15 minutes for a drink come on, and not only that, but to see other customers get their drink before me unexceptable and to get my drink and sip the coffee to taste nothing but coffee grounds and milk not worth $9.25 now to my crepe it was cold due to them giving me the crepe before the coffee it was hard atleast it had some flavor unlike the coffee. Honestly great spot they’re always packed and I can see why for the amount of customers i’d say it’s still pretty good times to wait. Love that they’re bilingual and always paying attention to detail even double checking with customers on their order.
