What a disgusting place. I will never spend my hard earn money here ever again. Aside from making reservations 3 weeks prior they never called me back to verify the reservations and I had to call them and double check just so they can say they don't have any reservations due to it being mother's day. Well I made the reservations 3 weeks ago for this same exact reason. And the booked it and now they didn't want to honor it. I made plans and had a party of 12. They are so irresponsible and they didn't even apologize. They lied and said to give them my phone number and info and they would see what they could do and return my call in 5 mins. Well those 5 mins turned into an hour and no phone call. So I had to call multiple times just to speak to manager and didn't apologize or acknowledge the huge mistake they did. Now here I was with 12 people meeting us here and no other reservations to go to. What a disappointing day all because of these irresponsible people at this establishment. When it comes to Perubian food, this place is very tasteful. Everything in their menu is delicious.
From the time you sit down to having your food on the table it has been fairly fast. Their costumer service has been great, everytime I've been there it seems there's only one waitres helping the entire place, even though is not a big pleace one should be enoug to handle the entire place, she has been very pleasent to deal with.
The reason I give this place a 3 start is because this place is small so it can get hot fast with their cooking and all of those costumers and the owner will not turn the AC on, so that alone can be very uncomfortable when you and your guess start sweating while you're wait for the food. The service was terrible, they give us the hardest bread ever, I was playing drums . They never give us plates for bread like they did to all other customers that arrived. We order lomo saltado and it was eh? :| From 1-10 a 3 . no perubian flavor i had a ceviche mixto And my shrimp was dirty it had sand . I had asked for them to open them And they forgot to do that. When i told them about it they just gived me same plate back snd left a shimp with dirt.
