Fresh Pasta in the Burbs - A Find for a South Philadelphia Boy...
A must try for the fresh pasta (spaghetti, linguini, fetuccine or tagliatelle) and the fresh ravioli, the jumbos are my favorite! All remind me of Sunday's at my grandmothers when nana, my mother and aunts would all be in the kitchen making Sunday dinner for the family.
If you like gnocchi they have ricotta and potato, my favorite are the ricotta. Again, almost like nana's so I pick up a bag or two evey visit. Both freeze well, I always use within 2-4 weeks of purchasing.
If you go on Sunday, go early and you might be lucky enough to pick up some of thier homemade cannoli, not available every Sunday so you need to call ahead.

The place is 2x4 hard to miss a customer In the store especially since their is a chime upon entry, yet I waited quite a bit of time before the woman even acknowledged my presence and even then her vibe was negative. I love supporting mom and pop shops but the best grocery stores in the area like Whole Foods have everything you have to offer and more.
