The indie Christian bands and artists who play at Karen's Place are second to none, and Don never charges a cover. Karen's Place is a top notch coffee house and listening room. Great sound and atmosphere. As an artist, I have performed there several times already and working with the sound people and all the staff is a pleasurable experience. They do a great job with the sound and have some great snacks available for purchase. They have outdoor concerts during the summer and have a great little venue in the basement for the winter months or inclement weather. Had a great night tonight! Karen's place is located in the basement of the Mennonite church. It has a great vibe, and could accommodate a nice crowd. They have good coffee and smoothies for sale and some snacks. Proceeds tonight went to charity.
