I have been a loyal Target customer, regularly shopping here and using my RedCard, but I will no longer be shopping at this Target or any other locations. During a recent visit, my son needed a diaper change, so we used the family restroom. While using the changing table, the screws holding it to the wall started to pop out, causing the table to become unstable. This was terrifying for my son, and we had to hold it up with our knees to prevent it from falling while he was still on it.
Afterwards, we approached the front desk at 10:43 PM, with the store closing at 11:00 PM, to briefly mention the issue. When we spoke to an employee (who was later identified as Sharon), she told us they were closing in 5 minutes, to which we corrected her that it was actually 15 minutes. I then explained the dangerous situation with the changing table. Sharon rolled her eyes, laughed, and walked away to go home.
I later confirmed the incident with a young employee at self-checkout, who spoke to the manager on duty. The manager was surprised by the situation, and even the security guard expressed his outrage, saying, āI would be fuming too, thatās not right.ā
To escalate the matter, I reached out to corporate and their response was simply a $15 gift card, with no acknowledgement of the seriousness of the issue. This response is completely inadequate, and I have never experienced such poor customer service in my nearly 30 years of shopping. As a result, I will be canceling my RedCard and will no longer be shopping at...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had such a wonderful experience at Target thanks to a young lady named Seline who was working at Guest Services. I was making a return on an item that happened to be on sale, and I planned to repurchase it right after. Seline was so knowledgeable and kind. She explained that my original payment was split between cash and a gift card, and she made the whole process easy to understand. I also mentioned that I canāt stand the scratchy residue from the security stickers and that I get nervous around the scanning gun. She was incredibly patient and respectful about it, making sure to only scan when I stepped away. When it came time to handle the gift card, she was so thoughtful and offered to take care of the scratch-off part herself on the other side of the counter to make things easier for me during the repurchase. After the return, I came back with a few more questions and asked about another item I couldnāt find. Seline didnāt just point me in the right direction; she personally walked me over and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Itās rare these days to meet someone who goes above and beyond with such genuine kindness and patience. Seline truly made my visit a pleasant one, and I left feeling very appreciated as a customer. Target is lucky...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDoylestown Target Starbucks is one of the best Iāve been to and worked at. Among many great things about this store, thereās a few things I donāt like. First off is Target cares more about their company than the workers. This shows because Iāve quit and many others are planning to after multiple ppl report about the problems within this store. Some have been resolved but some havenāt and itās only going to hurt the business. I hope the higher ups in corporate see this and make a change because with the DEI, you donāt want to hurt the business more by keeping incompetent workers. For instance, a girl who works here and calls out a lot, bullies people in the work place and smokes in the back room is a huge issue. I wonāt share her name but it starts with a Z and Iām sure if you ask a manager, they will know and can tell you who. Iāve reported it and it didnāt take them to change her place in the workplace after I quit. Iāve heard multiple complaints from everyone at the target starbucks how she continues to be a bad worker and makes it harder for everyone after Iāve left this place. She also has a bad attitude towards customers which hurts the business. Please change this problem in...
