Extra Space Storage — Local services in Doylestown Township

So impressed with the service from both Marc and Anthony. Anthony was the guy who originally signed me up. I filled out an online request at about 4am and first thing that morning I received a message from Anthony letting me know the unit I was interested in was mine if I wanted it. After I saw the unit, it was so clean. I hate moving, but I found myself getting excited after I found a safe place for my stuff that I could access 24/7 right in the heart of Doylestown where I live! I could say a lot more, but I can summarize with this; it's about 3 months since I've had my unit, I can access my stuff when ever I want, I put shelves in so I can maximize the space, I access my unit after putting in my personal passcode for the automated 24/7 security gate, from there I drive right up to my unit. I feel like my stuff is actually safer at my storage unit then where I live. The facility is safe and secure, both Marc and Anthony are extremely nice, helpful and professional just really easy to work with. I have already had some special requests, and each time, they have exceeded my expectations. The only request they could not meet is when I asked if they would allow me to live in the storage unit. But I guess looking back on it, their position on this matter holds some merit. Lastly, they beat every other storage place i looked at in price, clean facility, clean unit, service and location. So so so happy and excited to have this unit! Thanks guys for doing an awesome job where so many fall short! Merry Christmas...

Customer Service is back! I called Extra Space Storage last week to inquire about the availability of a storage unit. The online reservation system was pretty slick but I needed to speak with a representative to complete the rental set up. Upon making a call to the call center I spoke with a remarkably personable and helpful gentleman (Ben?) who was able to assist me in completing the rental. He then put me in touch with Anthony at the local Extra Space Storage in Doylestown. Again, I was pleasantly surprised to encounter a gentleman who could not have been more helpful with a couple of remaining questions. The storage facility itself is neat, clean and offers units that are exactly as described on the website. If any issues were to arise, Anthony is readily available throughout the day, which again brings me back to noting that this organization clearly prides itself on its customer service, which I've found sorely lacking in so many other businesses lately. Morris is amazing and extremely accommodating to the customers— I ordered a storage unit and reserved it at a different location. The gentleman on the phone told me that the unit would be available and that it would be a drive up unit which is important because I had a 700 pound machine to load inside.

Idiot at the other place, never told me that when you make a reservation, you’re only reserving the price and not the Unit. He then sold the unit to someone else so I had to go 13 miles to a different location out-of-the-way and was charged 25 extra dollars for the exact same unit—morris did a Fantastic job to talk to corporate and get me a credit for the price markup; however, when I pull up to the place the unit has a huge step in front of it, not even flat ground and it took me forever to squeeze the damn thing up in there
