Apero — Restaurant in Dr. Phillips

We had an excellent experience at our second visit to Apero. We were guided by Rene and Daniel through their menu, both food and drink. Further, I was able to learn more about artisanal Vermouth and Amari. When it came time to try cocktails, their experience was evident with excellent, balanced creations. The cheese board was solid- one meat, and one cheese, but a ton of each. We split a pizza- also great. Stopped by the bar on the first level of the Conrad. Got the Colosseo cocktail, which was smooth and well balanced. The space has a big open bar area with plenty of tables around, making it a nice spot to relax...
