We had an excellent experience at our second visit to Apero. We were guided by Rene and Daniel through their menu, both food and drink. Further, I was able to learn more about artisanal Vermouth and Amari. When it came time to try cocktails, their experience was evident with excellent, balanced creations. The cheese board was solid- one meat, and one cheese, but a ton of each. We split a pizza- also great. Valet parking available (free with validation), makes this an easy place for locals looking for a high quality, no drama craft cocktail bar on this...

Stopped by the bar on the first level of the Conrad. Got the Colosseo cocktail, which was smooth and well balanced. The space has a big open bar area with plenty of tables around, making it a nice spot to relax...
