Where do I begin!? We waited a solid 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. That should've been our cue. The servers/owners were busy chatting with their regulars(?). (Side note, looks like the places is for people who can speak Spanish and/or are friends or family of the owners. Don't expect to be acknowledged as a customer if you don't belong to those groups.) I ordered chicken and steax mixed fajita, and my husband got chimichanga. After ordering, we waited 30 minutes for food to arrive. Mine was missing steak, and chicken was dry. In what universe does a restaurant charge you $16 for fajitas that don't come with refried beans and rice (and 5 strips of each chicken, green peppers, annd red peppers) and the chimichanga doesn't come with Pico? (They did give us white rice (was delicious) and beans when asked, and didn't charge for it but still!). There is no complimenrary chips and salsa. The place doesnt offer margaritas, and you've to BUY water! No one checked on us the whole time we were there. Peple who cane afrer us, bigger parties, ate and left before us. I'd not care about the cultural or language barriers if there was some attempt at making an effort to make the experience remotely enjoyable. Oh, and they add gratuity in the tab, for a...
Read moreI was super excited to finally have some good Mexican food, but ended up being disappointed. The place was cramped, not very clean and short staffed. I asked the waiter if they could fix it, he brought it back and the cook had only covered up the green sauce with red sauce and tried to make everything on the plate look different. I'm not easily fooled. I just decided not to eat it and have them take it off the bill, which they did after offering 10% off the bill for both of the mix ups and make it correct. Waiter was an idiot! I will...
Read moreIn disbelief and so I gotta be Karen. Got the receipt and happen to glance at the itemized list. They charge for water, ok it’s bottled but still…ordered quesadilla to go and then charged me $1.00 for the container. On top of that , they automatically charge 15% for service , whether it’s good or bad. I put in an extra 20% on top of the total amount because I didn’t know until I called back because I thought the total amount was high…they must be doing really bad :(
$1.00 for take out container, automatic 15%(1 person) tip, $2 for water…and I tipped $6 on top not knowing the tip was...
