Dracut House of Pizza & Seafood — Restaurant in Dracut

Went to pick up an order a couple of days ago and was actively ignored by all 3 of the people who were at the checkout area. There was an older guy(who seems to be the owner/manager) and two younger girls, who were a brunette and a blonde. A white man came in after me and was quickly acknowledged by the older guy(who's also white) behind the desk. They seem to know each other. He told the brunette that he's next (when I should've been). When she went to help a different customer, he smacked her in the arm and repeated that the guy was supposed to be next. The girl seemed embarrassed and befuddled after. Meanwhile, there was this guy who took up like half an hour just to order with the blonde girl. When all of these customers finally left, and it was just me, the older guy vanished but the 2 girls still have not greeted me or asked if I needed help. Then, a another male customer came in and the brunette turned around and asked who she can help next and the guy immediately shimmyed up to her. Like are you kidding me??!!! Do you not see me standing here for the last half hour??? When he left, I asked the blonde to please hand me my pick up order because STILL no one acknowledged me. Disgusting customer service. NEVER will I spend my hard earned money here again. It was my 1st time here after reviewing local pizza places and thought they would be great. Boy was I so so wrong. After all that, the food was sup par. Pizza not good. Dough was too hard. Sauce has no flavor. Fed my child one slice and had to throw the rest away unfortunately. Ordered tonight for the first time. We called in and we had the pleasure of speaking to a very polite female employee. She was thorough and read everything back to us to ensure our order was correct. Despite being busy, we arrived to pickup our food around the estimated time provide, we only had to wait an additional few minutes. When we got home everything was exactly as we ordered, and the food was delicious. We got two subs, a Greek salad, and a side of buffalo tenders. I must say, the house dressing is everything! It is nice and tangy and a perfect compliment to the Greek salad. I also appreciate that they use UNPITTED kalamata olives (my teeth thank you!) We loved the subs and the tenders were perfect. We spent around $50, (which is a bit pricey), but considering the current cost of food in general, and them needing to pay their employees a fair wage, I think it was well worth the price for the quality of food we got. Definitely check them out! I also think it's a huge plus when you see the owner working behind the counter alongside the employees, that's how you know the passion is there. I ordered 2 seafood platters last night, when I looked into the bag once I got in my car it was the wrong order. I walked back in letting them know I received steak tip dinners instead of seafood. The woman upfront said as very apologetic but she asked the cook if he can remake the order, I was told there was no more egg wash. I didn’t make a big deal of it, I said that’s fine could I just get a refund please. She decided to ask her boss and the boss told them to remake the order. I waited an extra 20 minutes in my car. Got the order. It was so poorly cooked, everything felt rubbery, there was barely any fries maybe a couple pieces of each seafood. I was very disappointed to see I was charged $81 dollars for this. there was barely anything to eat, and nothing tasted great. Again, the two girls working were very kind and apologetic. I’m usually not the type to write a review honestly, but I would’ve much preferred a refund rather than half ass cooked food.
