If you are considering this place, and haven't tried it before, read this. I'm not here telling you what to do, but I will provide anecdotal details to hopefully inform you to make a decision:
This business is geared toward 1st-2nd year Umass Lowell students who are craving cheap food at 2 am after drinking all night. Their google hours say open until 1am, but their website still says open until 4am (must have changed) on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights (all three nights where a freshman/sophomore would be drinking). I say 1st-2nd year students, btw, because you'll have learned by your 2nd year not to order from here for various reasons.
The food is not good. The pizza is decent enough when you're intoxicated, but while sober? Not a chance. Major food handling safety concerns from this place, especially with seafood. I ordered fried fish once and it smelled awful, clearly was past its prime. Also - raw onions came on my sandwich once, big mistake. They had a strange hue to them, but I was too hungry to think twice and it was probably only my 2nd time ordering from here. I had severe food poisoning for several hours, this was the first meal I had eaten that day (lunch) so there's no other possibility of the source of contaminant. Not saying it was absolutely the onions, but I'm certain it was from here.
Beyond quality, the service sucks. Very uninterested/indifferent in taking orders, getting it right, etc. This place wants money, not reputation. It's forever reputation will now be the college campus late night place that doesn't take it's product seriously. I strongly urge against ordering from here as you could be taking a risk. Is it cheap? Sure, but is the price worth the total lack of quality? I would never take that risk if I'm purchasing something that I'm consuming for nourishment.
Go to dominos, if anything. Try some of the better stuff in downtown Lowell that care....

Visit on June 1st - Total: $26.73 Finger Club plate with fries Large ham and cheese
During our first visit on May 29th, the person taking our order was decent and quick. She mentioned they didn't have seasoned jojos but offered wedge potatoes instead, which we accepted. The food was good enough for me to want to return soon.
On our second visit, the person taking our order claimed they don’t serve jojos or wedges at all, only fries. When we checked our box, we found that the fries portion was very small. Despite this, we accepted the fries, but my main concern is the price. Although we ordered fewer items the second time, the total was only $1.07 cheaper than our first visit.
Additionally, the staff member who took our order the second time was inconsistent and seemed uninterested in helping us. She even argued with the person preparing our food, who started criticizing her understanding of the business.
We won't be returning due to the inconsistency in pricing and the unwelcoming atmosphere. I wouldn’t tell people to avoid this place entirely, but I advise caution and recommend confirming what...
Read moreWatch out!! Absolutely disgusting food and horrible customer service all in one. You are better off getting frozen food from 7-11 than buying the frozen food from this restaurant. I wish I had recorded our experience at this place. My first time here and I came with a group of friends. When it was our turn to order food, the short guy at the counter was rude, impatient, condescending and pompous. My friends were still trying to figure out what to order before the short guy at the counter went off about how we shouldn’t get him “aggravated” and that we should have decided what to order before we came and that he’s not our “slave”. I couldn’t believe it at first as I found his rants very unnecessary and uncalled for. My friends were trying to apologize when another customer who saw what was happening, intervened. The short guy at the counter told the customer to “get lost” and that it’s “none of her business” When all was said and done , the food was absolutely trashhhh!!!! We ended up trashing it, fries were soggy, chicken wings you can tell was frozen food anyway, it was the subs that were just okay. This place was definitely not worth the disrespect. Frozen food from a corner store, or 7-11 would have tasted better & you’d be treated with...
