Dunkin' — Restaurant in Dracut

People that work there, other than one guy, are really rude. They seem miserable and always have an attitude. Just seems that they could at least fake it for the customers. Its a crappy way to start the day when dealing with someone who doesn't even want to help you with your order and then expect you to tip them... I get it, Trust me I know... I've worked at 4 different Dunks in my time, but I always put the customer first and was super fast at making their orders... Always got me more and bigger tips. A smile doesn't hurt. So, I now go to the Dunkin Donuts inside the 7-Eleven which is just a few doors down, only for the nicer employees with what seem to be genuine smiles!! Other than that, Dunkins coffee is Dunkins coffee no matter...

They sold me a coffee it tasted nasty asked manager for a refund she said I can't do that but I can give you two donuts if you give me the coffee so I got to donuts after paying about 4$ for a coffee that they messed up . Took donuts home I save them for the next day then after i eat one i got sick what are they doing down there to there customers?? If you make us sick and or mess up are coffee or do something to food we will not shop there anymore. Stop selling stail donuts throw them out and sell fresh stuff. They save the fresh shipped donuts and give the customers donuts from days ago . Wile they do that the fresh donuts...

Usually I have pretty good, efficient service. Today however was terrible. I went in for my mobile order and the store was packed - which isn’t always a surprise. I accidentally ordered a small coffee instead of a medium and asked if it was possible to change it, which they did and I was appreciative. I proceeded to wait 10 minutes for my hot coffee and donut, AND my coffee ends up being completely wrong. Normally I would have checked right then and there, but because of the chaos I just wanted out and to get back to work.
