Dunkin' — Restaurant in Dracut

They always mess up my order every time!! I ask for bacon I get sausage I order medium get a small it’s insanely ridiculous. Just now I waited at the counter and no one took my order for 10 minutes even though I was first in line and the drive through was empty. When someone finally took it they sold me a bacon egg and cheese croissant but were out of croissants so I had to go with a plain bagel and after waiting 5 more minutes a worker walks out and and tells me while chuckling like it’s funny that they had dropped the last plain bagel and if there’s anything else I would want instead. I didn’t even want the bagel that’s one an English muffin is extremely small compared to what I had purchased 2 and 3 it took half of my 30 minute break for them just to mess up I hadn’t even gotten my drink yet at this point. The worker gave attitude when I requested a refund like I was crazy. IM sitting here with no food now writhing this with the little time they left out the 30 mins I thought was enough. There’s countless Dunkin’s within 5min of this area you are one million percent better off going to one of those and...

Most of the time I am in and out with no issue. However, whenever there is a call-out or a manager isn’t present, the staff will close the entire lobby and just focus on drive-thru traffic. They still will accept walk-in orders however, and will look at you and do nothing as you knock on the door to pick up the order you already purchased. This just happened on 8.6.2023 at 8:00am. I had to stand in line and walk up to the drive-thru window to get my order. Not only is that unsafe for your customers, it is also denying those that do not have a car! I shop here pretty regularly and work next door. This is inexcusable. When I asked to speak to a manager the woman at the drive thru window said “Lobby is closed because the manager didn’t bother to come in today.”

Not a pleasant experience today… Normally it hasn’t been an issue but today was not good. I ordered a Turkey sausage sandwich and they put regular sausage on it. I brought it back as the person I ordered it for is allergic to the regular sausage. When I drove all the way back the manager said that they were out of turkey sausage. That’s fine but if you run out of something but tell the customer. The manager gave me a refund for it but the frown and attitude that went along with it was annoying. I also ordered a sweet cold brew with cream and once I got back home it had no cream or sugar that I ordered in it… It was horrible and at this point I gave up and didn’t drive back again.
