I go there every other morning and I get a drink , coffee and a sandwich on my way to work and on weekends I take my family there for breakfast, the wait after I order the food is crazy but somehow understandable but what I cant understand is how can u make a complete mistake of my order 3 times in a row! I don't check my food cause am in a rush usually to go to work . The reason that pushed me to write this post is that I went there on Sunday mother's day before heading to work and I ordered an espresso shot an orange juice and a egg and cheese sandwich , I got my espresso and sandwich in 5 min but 15 min passed no one is even making my OJ i had to go the place was busy to talk to someone so I figure I ll ask for it next time no big deal ! I went to work and when I opened my sandwich it was the wrong sandwich AGAIN, I was upset i keep spending money there and toss my food out and that morning i pay for all the food and all I get to have was an espresso shot! I decided to call and an talk to a manager , they brought Courtney to the phone she said to be the manager she was very unprofessional very rude not sure how she is a manager she is the reason am writing for the first time in my life a BAD review, I explained to her that I was unhappy with the service and that this happened she interrupted me and said we ll give u a gift card I said it's not the gift card I need I just wanted to explain how I felt she was like I cant talk right now am getting another call , I told her to credit me back the orange juice that I didnt get she asked for my number and said we busy right now I ll credit later and call u , i found a voice mail from her on my phone after i left work stating:" I talked to the girls and they said they handed you the orange juice BY HAND and I dont know what is going on but anyway I credit back your money for it thank you " she basically called me a LIAR , that didnt sit well with me how can someone that spend well over a $100.00 a week there would waste there time to call so they get 5$ back and on top of it she insulted me by saying she doesn't know what is going on , how rude and unprofessional is she! She didnt even hear my concern or understand why I called ! All my coworkers are beside themselves to hear what happens no one will be going...

The avocado toast has changed a LOT--it doesn't match the menu description anymore. They now use red onion instead of shallots (sounds silly but it's a drastic flavor difference, red onions have a "hot" quality), and what I think is "Everything but the Bagel" seasoning instead of pumpkin seeds. The avo mash now is limey and tastes like it was prepped at least a day ago, no longer fresh. Some of their sandwiches seem to have changed a little, too. Their single baked items look ok, and their coffee prep still gets a thumbs up, but other than that I won't be going for food for a while, until I see another change up. I've given Frobies and each of these items a few tries now, in case it was just an off day or adjustment to some new staff, but I seem to be getting reliably disappointing results. It's not terrible. it's just not as good as it was, and certainly not better than going to Dunkin or faster than driving into Lowell for Brew'd Awakening anymore. So disappointed since this was my go to spot!

Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve dined at Frobieās CafĆ© countless times, and the food and drinks have always been good. The issue is with the service, or perhaps itās a lack of management.
I placed an order on-line, and stopped in to pick it up today,. When I arrived there were two people ahead of me. While I waited couldnāt help but noticed three employees (two ladies and a gentleman) carrying on just beyond the checkout area (near some type of coffee bar area?), they were loud, obnoxious, and clearly didnāt have a care in the world, certainly not a care about doing any type of work or help their co-workers. What also stood out was how all the other employees were busy at work, moving from one order to the next.
As i continued to wait, the line of customers had grown to over 10 people, and yet these three employees didnāt find it necessary to help the gentleman at the checkout with the customers. I was not the only customer in line who took notice of this.
This is not the first time Iāve had a similar experience at Frobieās it happens more often than it should, thus the reason I decided to leave a comment.
Itās my understanding that a new coffee shop, I believe Starbucks might be coming to Dracut sometime soon, good customer service makes a world of difference.
I hope things change in the area of customer service...
