The skinny blonde girl at the bsr was extremely rude . I accidentally spilled my drink due to being live on TikTok trying to promote this place mind you . And the weight of the phone knocked over my drink . Then this girl through a rag at me so I cleaned up the mess and apologized .not once did she offer to remake my drink mind you, she actually ignored me . My friend went outside and someone was trying to sit in her seat and while trying to pull the drink closer to me by the coaster , fhe drink spilled . Next thing you know this girl is telling me next time don’t lean my phone against the cup when my phone wasn’t even on the cup . I was simply trying to move the drink and it spilled . Accidents happen. She was extremely rude and then tried to argue with myself and my friend who’s a regular here . She has absolutely zero custom Service skills and should not work here at all.she should have offered to remake the first drink instead of being rude throwing a rag at me . I did a 5k run on Sunday and won a basket that was raffled off. A Dr. basket to! My favorite. I was super excited. My brother went to pick it up for me and somehow they let someone walk out with it. I was totally bummed. When I called to ask about this they told me they would get me the bottles. I called the next day and left a message with someone on the flavors that I would like. Left my name and number also. It's been 4 days now and still nothing. I was under the impression that they wanted to make up for their mistake. I wish I could say that my experience was great but so far......
