Terrible!! Who owns this franchise??? First, I completely understand staffing shortages that have affected multiple industries post COVID. However, this business has not figured out a way to make that information available to customers that are contacting them. I placed an online order more than an hour and a half before we wanted delivery and not even at a busy time (4:50pm). I received confirmation our order would be delivered at 6:30pm. Well, 6:30pm came and went.. at some point I called their number and pushed the option for an update on existing order and that told me order was made and due to be delivered by 6:40pm (at that time it was already 7:00). I then waited on hold for more than 30 mins to get through to anyone at the store (tried various prompts)…guy I spoke with “didn’t like my tone” and laughed at me. When I asked for update on order he said he was “just about to make it now” and “they were understaffed and he was one of the only people in the store”. I asked if it would be quicker for us to pick it up in the store vs delivery and was hung up on. I will not order from here again, not just based on this single experience but over several different issues we have had now with this location. I hope the franchisee owner realizes how poor service has been at this location and to me this is unacceptable. At 8pm pizza is now too late for our event and I will be disputing my CC charge. To the owner…if you are struggling with staffing issues you need to figure out a way to deal with this within your systems so you don’t promise and severely...

On January 10th, the"blah blah manager told me to "get out of his store ", because i had purchased a pizza two hours prior and my pizza still wasn't ready..I sent my son to pick it up and when he got there he called to tell me that the manager was being abusive to the customers and when he asked the manager about the pizza showing his order # and the manager laughed in his face claiming that he is wrong, yet I have 2 emails with that#. I went in and waited my turn for well over 30 min. And yet I'm still standing there never being helped. I step barely behind the counter to get the managers attention SINCE IT'S BEEN TWO HOURS and he's on a broken record as he repeats over and over DON'T STEP BEHIND THE COUNTER. I told him that i was the ONLY ONE HE HADNT HELPED. He told me that my pizza wasn't ready without attempting to ask my name. I asked him how he knew that. I told him to give me a refund and he called me a Karen because I wanted my pizza that I had ordered two hours prior? NEVER going back. I'll be sure and contact papa jobs corporate to see what authority this manager has to kick out...
Read morePlease dont blame the manager at this location. The staff are only paid minimum wage (drivers make less than minimum wage), thus they HAVE NO STAFF to do the job. This is an OWNER problem, not a Manager problem. This store will continue to have LONG delays on food, so its best to go elsewhere. The manager is trying her BEST to get the job done. If the OWNER would think about the bigger picture (financial) and pay decent to KEEP decent staff, just as other places do (e.g. Chick Fil A), then perhaps this place will stay open, but I highly doubt it. Pay double what minimum wage is (just as other places do), then they would Quadruple their business and make a HUGE profit, but what do I know? Well, I do know that I have tried to continue to go to this location repeatedly and get repeatedly let down, again and again......and again. Sorry I can't keep waiting for 3 hours for a simple pizza order (pick up). Again, the manager is trying her best (usually she is by herself in the store!). I appreciate the effort, but she needs to find a better job before the store closes...
