09/15/21 - My girlfriend and I came here for the first time and immediately felt disrespected by the drive thru cashier. She interrupted me while I was ordering and kept trying to rush me. When I pulled up to pay I noticed my order was $12 extra. When I asked why it was that much, she then decided to say, with attitude, that, 'because it's a fresh squeezed lemonade, it's a dollar extra charge for the upgrade.' I really feel that something she should've said when I was ordering, though $1 times 2 lemonades doesn't equal an extra $12 charge (I guess she didn't know basic math). We asked for a drink that didn't come with an upgrade charge and she slammed the drive thru window and began to talk smack about us to the rest of the employees (they all started looking at us and gave dirty looks).
The food wasn't 'fantastic'. The service was horrible.
To the drive thru cashier - you should really be careful the way you talk to people. Though you might not be having a good day, other people can also be having a bad day. I tried to keep my cool because I was taught to be respectful. That's probably why you're a drive thru cashier, because your intelligence and professional mannerisms are below average. If you don't like your job, find another one.
To the owner/manager, you need to train your employees better or fire those that can't uphold a professional demeanor.
I suggest you take your money elsewhere. Burger Basket is up the street and the food is...
Read moreI like coming here for breakfast, and I do frequently. However, I went thru the drive thru one day last week n when I got to the window to pay, the window attendant took forever to open the window. When she finally came out, she handed me the machine to run my card— which I accidentally dropped when I handed it back to her. I felt horrible bc it sounded like something had cracked. I got out of the car n picked it up n handed it to her, saying I was sorry over n over, n she just side-eyed me n didn’t even say anything to me. She closed the window n I could see her talking smack to the other lady behind the window. She came back out to hand me my food, n I said again how sorry I was. She again side eyed me n didn’t say anything. Before I left I told her I am really sincere abt dropping the machine, but she didn’t need to give me so much attitude for an accident. And all this happened AFTER I tipped her.
I know those POS machines are expensive and difficult to replace, and I would’ve gladly offered to pay for at least part of it, but when your staff shows such rudeness it makes me not want to go there anymore, bc I don’t want anything to happen to my food and I am always nice to ppl, I’m not a Karen and always show grace, so when I get this kind of attitude it’s so offensive.
Please retrain your staff (especially the young lady who was in the window) about what customer service is, and being rude to people for no reason is...

As I scanned the menu, my eyes settled on the #15 Melt: grilled chicken, bacon, avocado, ranch, and Jack cheese, all seductively nestled between slices of sourdough.
