When you ask for a Poke bowl and they ask you “how you want your fish cooked”……..run away. I hung in there, received the order, and got exactly what I expected after the weird look I got when I asked “isn’t the tuna usually rare?”. Then they said in a doubtful tone, “sure we can do it raw if you want”. The sign says Presko, not Poke or sushi. This review is specifically written based on ONE menu item - the Tuna Poke Bowl, to be fair, everything else on their menu might be A+. Their sandwiches looked great, and I would recommend trying those instead of the Poke. If you’re wondering if I ate it. I ate as much as I could stomach. It freaked me out that it was not cubed like typical Poke, it was a slab of tuna cut in large slices. If I had to guess, it wasn’t cubed because it was never intended to be served raw. I tried to cut it in smaller pieces, but the texture was too tough to slice through, so I did the best I could. Like I said, everything else might be fantastic, and the culture in this area might love their Tune Poke bowls……cooked 😵‍💫 ...

Couldn’t possibly be more disappointed! Expressly asked about the cauliflower rice when I called to place the order and told the person we were on the keto diet. She actually even repeated back to me “so you want the cauliflower rice?”I ordered bowls as I did not want the carbs in the flour tortilla either. When we got the order there was rice in mine and beans and they were both wrapped up in tortillas! WTH?!? Had to tear it apart and pick out what I could eat from the mountain of rice in it! You can see the pile of flour tortilla in the top of the picture! Expressly came here because of the keto options! I love...

The only of its kind! The only place to get the healthiest options. You will feel like an olympic athlete after eating here. If I had access to a car I would eat there twice every day...the smoothies have every boost you can imagine, flax seed, chia seed, beet powder, chaga, hemp protein, turmeric..the paninis and quinoa bowls, burritos are made with love and high good vibrations...after being trapped in the mountains, needing a smoothie and healthier option savior, and this is it! The options are endless and the staff is beyond polite and the environment is so comfy, great music. 😍😍😍😍 in love...
