Hardee's — Restaurant in Dubuque

Stopped in yesterday for a quick Burger I did not go to the drive-thru at Wendy's so I can use facilities and so forth. There were two customers in the store and one person in line when I showed up the drive-thru was fairly steady. I ordered from this young guy told him I wanted everything small he priced it out for everything large. I had to correct him three times once for the drink once for the fries once for the burger. The Cook's in the back were doing very well but not food I have plenty of time to watch them as I watch this kid work so slowly. It was very hard to watch. When I got the food the fries were wrong once I got in the car. On top of that the fries were so saturated with oil but they didn't really look like fries anymore just kind of limp noodles. Long wait in the ER for my food my onion rings were cold my sandwich was wrong sandwich and cashier was arrogant and fairy slow and through my bag at me in the Drive-Thru I remember when that place first opened I worked there for 3 in the morning getting the roast beef in the oven and now it'll be the last place last Hardee's I go to and I got charged $12 for a $8 meal and then to top it off I was late to pick up my client when in fact before I pulled up to Hardee's drive-thru window I had 15 minutes to spare to get to my client he used up my spare time on customer for me and me if I wasn't trapped between two cars I would have gotten the hell...

It was the worst Hardee's that I have ever been in. The men's bathroom was absolutely filthy!!! The women's wasn't very clean either. Paper on floor. Floor was dirty it looked like the corners hadn't been touched in months. The help was unfriendly and they acted like they were mad at the world. And they were slower than molasses in January. I also had to pay $2.32 cents for a VERY small dip of ice cream. Cold coffee!!! No wonder there were only about four other people there. Waste of time and waste of money. Clean up your act!!!!!
