I’m giving a 2 because of what is by far the absolute rudest woman I’ve ever met. Older lady with maroon hair. My husband sent me what cookies to get but I didn’t see them up on the board when I came in. I’m new to trying your cookies. The girl sitting at the computer when I walked in acted incredibly inconvenienced by me entering the store. Sadly I’m guessing she’s a manager of some type given that she was sitting at the computer and so annoyed at being bothered. It took quite a bit for her to greet me and when she did it wasn’t exactly friendly. When I tried to inquire about if the cookies were different online the worker snapped at me that all the cookies were on the board. I said oh weird I don’t see the ones I was looking for. She then shortly stated well all the flavors are up there. I apologized and explained I’d never been there before. She rolled her eyes and muttered something. I asked if there were other ones not listed and she said I already said they are up there on the board and pointed. She in no way tried to help me or ask me what flavors I was looking for. I was so uncomfortable with how short and rude she was being I left the store and grabbed my phone to pull up the online menu. I’m honestly surprised I still wanted to even order, and I almost just left. When I came back in it was a different girl. I showed her my phone and she said oh yeah those are the limited flavors and pointed out they were not listed on the board but in the case lower, and explained it happens all the time. Something I didn’t know having never been in . She unlike the first didn’t make me feel unwelcome or stupid. She was extremely helpful.
I’ve worked in restaurants and customer service my whole life and I’ve never met someone less suited for it. One would assume she would have realized the limited flavors are NOT in fact on the high board since she works there, but even if they were asking me any questions or having customer service skills would have went a...
Read moreI hate writing bad reviews but this place deserved it. Usually this place is amazing but never go in there when Serena is working. She rushed me when I was trying to decide, I told her I needed a minute, she then decided to say hurry up I got things to do which made me feel bad. So I didn't even get what I wanted.
She also didn't offer to wash out utensils for someone with a different nut allergy, the customer wanted something without peanuts (there are some non peanut items) and she said none of the items are safe for her and didn't offer to clean anything or use utensils to make it safe. She also made a comment about how they use the same spatulas for everything and don't wash them everytime they are used.
Serena asked my significant other if she knew what an oven was with a bad tone when they handed us the cookies out. It'd be nicer if it was a joke but she waited for my significant other to respond then laughed at her.
0/5 stars, never come here if you have ANY allergy because they (Serena)...
Read moreWould leave 0 if I could. Serena's service was horrible. A friend and I came in to order treats, and while I figured out what I wanted, my friend did not, and Serena berated him for not knowing. Shortly after a group of three came in and she also tried to rush their order. On top of that, someone in the group of three had a nut allergy, which Serena shamed them for having and refused to accommodate them. When we finally got our food, Serena then asked if I knew what an oven was and if I knew how hot my brownie would be, then waited for me to answer trying to chastise me. Even if it was a joke it was entirely in poor taste. Horrible service. Don't come here if you have allergies or dietary restrictions. Maybe come here during the day. The workers seem to be a lot more...
