This is hands down the BEST Starbucks I’ve ever been to (and this is coming from someone who was once a shift supervisor for Starbucks years ago). The staff is genuine and friendly.. they go out of their way to get to know their regulars (and our drink preferences) and always make me feel welcome and appreciated at a customer. This particular location is VERY busy, and if anyone has anything negative to say about these guys, then I would have to assume that they’ve either never worked in a high-volume food and beverage environment or they just don’t like the concept of Starbucks in general, because the staff here is seriously a group of rock stars! My drink is ALWAYS on point. Yes, there have been a time or two that I’ve had to wait (never for mobile orders, only walk up or drive through), but here again, they can get CRAZY busy in there and there is LITERALLY only so many drinks that can be made at one time. This will be my go-to coffee spot as long as...

I just ordered a peppermint white mocha Frappuccino in the drive through. It wasn't sweet and didn't taste of peppermint. So I went back inside and the flamboyant guy who made it asked me what was wrong. I told him it wasn't sweet and I couldn't taste peppermint. He said that's because we're out of peppermint. I said it would have been nice if someone would have told me. He said he told her to tell me. So he said he'd make another Then he looked down at the incorrect Frappuccino and said I'll take that. I handed it to him and he sashayed over to the sink and poured it out. Then he told me to go wait over there (by the pick up window) and he'd give it to me when it's ready. He made me feel like I had done something wrong. When you pay 6.00 for coffee, it needs to be made the way you ordered it. I'll never go back to this location! Extremely rude! And there wasn't another customer in line, so not like they...
