Ordered the $20 fill-up box and received the order in a bag. Fries were skimpy but we let that go. Opened the bag with the chicken and we were so shocked with the size of the pieces that i decided to go inside and get it fixed. The lady inside was rude and obviously not interested in my problem. She educated me on the type of pieces that came in the box, as I had ordered this box in Michigan and received all dark meat and was expecting dark meat, but when I told her the pieces were the size of nuggets and our meal could not be shared, she suggested I buy more chicken. I asked for a refund and she said the lobby was closed and asked me to leave. I asked for a manager and she claimed she was the asst manager and the only one I could talk to. I asked her several times if I could get a refund through the drive-thru and she completely gave me the silent treatment. I expressed my disbelief at how unprofessional she was being. Finally she asked me what exactly I wanted and I told her I wanted the box I ordered or I wanted a refund. She walked away and came back with a box and threw it on the counter toward me. I reminded her she had told me they were out of boxes and she said they just weren’t prepped and suggested I put my food in the box myself. She asked me to leave and said she would call the police if I didn’t. I told her I would be posting a bad review and I would post a tiktok about it and she laughed at me. My husband went in and asked for our money back a few times but she only threatened police action. Read moreThis place is terrible. I do not recommend it for anyone. It's incredibly expensive and the food and service is horrible. I paid more money than I would have at a nice "sit-down" restaurant. I ordered 2 family bundle meals and almost the entire order was incorrect and the food wasn't good. I received no dipping sauces for the 12 chicken strips I ordered, which I found to be absolutely ridiculous. Who wants to eat chicken strips without any dipping sauce? I know I don't. Also, 3 out of the 4 sides I ordered were incorrect, all 4 sides were mashed potatoes and gravy when I ordered 1 and the rest were supposed to be different sides. On top of it all, the food was cold and tasted disgusting. I ordered through delivery so by the time I received my order and realized it was completely incorrect and gross, KFC was closed so we were stuck with it. I did send them a message regarding the order through the app and I received an $11 credit. I'm pretty livid with the way they rectified the situation since I paid $100 for the meal and the majority of it was incorrect and tasted terrible. I will NO longer order from KFC. I strongly recommend others do the same. With the high prices KFC charges, you could take your money to a nice restaurant and spend less money there than at KFC. If I could give them zero...

A Woman with 2 small children were in the lobby waiting for ??? and never said anything to us. NO EMPLOYEES CAME TO SAY ANYTHING TO US!! Then a customer came in, angry that she had ordered over 2 hours ago and was told she could not come in and had to go thru the drive thru of which she sat for over 30 minutes with no service. The woman with 2 small children finally spoke up stating the lobby was closed. We were now there 20 minutes and there were NO signs ANYWHERE stating the lobby was closed. NEVER did an employee state they were not open and all doors were unlocked. So we went to Sammy's next door. Had better chicken at a less price.
