The prices are in line with large franchise pizza places but the pizza is much better. They also have some pretty unique choices of pizza you can have, like one with tater tots on it (it's really good actually!) I live very close so I almost always order pick up, and it's always been ready for me on time. The staff are always busy at work, and kind to interact with. Great price, solid taste.
Here is an update to my Google Review. Recently I've had some bad service that is making me rethink going here. Tonight I ordered 3 pizzas online for curbside pick up. The notice said they should be ready at 5:17 so I was there on time and called them to let them know I was there for curbside pick up. After waiting for 20 minutes I called them again and let them know no one had brought it out. They told me to come inside to get it because they are busy. I was very annoyed, I go to this place specifically because they have curbside pick up, but I was hungry so I went inside. An employee wasn't wearing a mask even though law in Duluth requires it. They then informed me that one of the 3 pizzas I ordered wasn't done. In fact, it hadn't even been started. I waited for them to make a pizza from scratch, and left there 45 minutes after I was supposed to with 2 room temperature pizzas and one fresh one, very annoyed. Don't advertise curbside pick up if you aren't going to do it, don't say your pizzas will be ready at 5:17 if you are going to neglect to make one of them. Very annoyed right now.
Here is a further update as of 10/16/2020. A manager called me about the previous problem and refunded my money and apologized. I gave Toppers another shot and everything went smoothly with curbside pick up. I am upping my review to 3 stars, and will update it back to 4 if I go awhile without having any problems there.
Further Update 11/19/2021 I have had nothing but problems getting curbside pick up orders. They supposedly streamlined it by adding a text message when you get there option, but any time I do that I wait 10-15 minutes and have to call anyway. Tonight I did that and I had to wait even longer when they told me they have to remake one of my pizzas for some reason. Why even offer curbside pick up if they never actually do it?

Figured I’d try on if their specials for carry out. Deals were only for delivery. So ended up paying full price to get what I actually was craving. Picked up the food. But to find employees smoking and being obnoxious out front of the building. Not very inviting.
2nd experience...Had not eaten all day. Figured I’d give them a chance to redeem themselves and did the delivery so I could use their coupons and just didn’t feel like going anywhere and figured 3 blocks away would be pretty quick. Was told about 30 min. Which 30-45 min is to be expected. 1 hour and 28 minutes to receive 1 Pizzs and some wings. Called after an hour. Was told only a couple min away. Took close to 30 more minutes to get my food and when received. Food wasn’t even close to as hot as it should be. Delivery driver was very nice and apologetic. Gave the Pizzs to me for free. But the fact is..Really??? If your hungry..don’t expect fast delivery and warm food. Had to heat up in microwave. I’m not sure if there will be a 3rd time. I’m very very generous giving three stars. But I don’t want to hurt their google ratings too bad just starting out and they tried to make right by giving me a cold pizza. It was not a custom pizza, So there would be no reason to have no sauce. They told me they would remake it right away and send another. Once again, I get it, mistakes happen. After an hour and a half I called the store. They weren't sure what happened. They had no pizza baking for me or in a delivery car. I told them I have no interest in another pizza at this point. They stated they would refund my purchase without an apology. I checked my bank account this morning's and they failed to refund the money. I don't understand how that many people can be that incompetent. I will take my business elsewhere. UPDATE.. It has been 10 days since I ordered the pizza and was told my money would be refunded. I called the local store manager and have spoken with him three times. Every time he stated that he would put the refund in right away. I have not received a refund as of yet.
