I love the tea here however they can improve on costumer service! I ordered a gallon of tea along with a large tea as I love that the Styrofoam cup keeps the ice cold for the better part of the day. The girl working at the window brought me a plastic cup and when I asked her to change it to a Styrofoam cup she refused and handed it to me. I suggested that if they offer two cups they communicate that while taking your order. She became rude and started to talk about the company policy and did not offer to get me just a cup of ice or anything.
