Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Dumfries

I Placed an online order and called to the store to make sure my extra topping was included in the order bc I didn't see a charge for it at checkout. So I called and Joseph the store manager didn't fully listen to my inquiry so he ended up providing me incorrect Info I advised him the call was pertaing to the extra topping he would have know that had he FULLY listened to my request w/o interruption. Once he understood my question he confirmed the extra topping was there and hung up in my face. I decided to call back and cancel the order bc I didn't trust that my food would be handle with care since Joseph obviously felt a way about our interaction bc of the unfriendly manner he had ending our call. When I called to answer Joseph continued with his attitude and asked why I wanted to cancel and was very much combative stating "didn't we discuss the topping I told you that it was there" I told him I didn't care to go back and forth about the situation I just wanted a refund. He in snappy rude manner he told me 3-5 business days and rudely disconnected the call again. Joseph has very poor customer service im not sure how he made manager but could definitely benefit from some...

HORRIBLE experiences.... Started out first couple times I ordered it was good, food was still hot, order correct, didn't forget anything. The past 4 times I've ordered from them they have been late, not bringing me my whole order, horrible customer service and then some. 1 time I placed an order 8 hours ahead of time for 2 pizzas and dessert and they were over an hour late dropping it off and food was not even warm, the "manager" said he told me when I ordered it it was going to be 2hrs late... Hard to when I placed it online. Then one time I called telling them they didn't drop off my whole order told them I would pick up my dessert instead of having them drop it off, when I got there I grabbed my order and they literally had eaten out of my cinnamon pull aparts.... NEVER ordering from this...

I called to place an order and the person who answered the phone was so rude! He was extremely rude. I wanted the 2 topping large pizza that sells around 9.99 each or so. You can get two for $20. I wanted two large pizzas and an order of 16 wings. After ordering the two pizzas, he did not even ask if I wanted something else. He just said how much the total was and was about ti hang up the phone. I was like wait I need to order something else. He sounded annoyed by me. I ordered 16 wings. When I order the wings, he yells through the phone that they can not do half mild and half without sauce. Needless to say, I did not order anything. It was the worst customer service. I mean I am paying for the food, it is not free. If I get treated this way, I would rather spend my money...
