Two Rivers Local Bar — Restaurant in Dunnellon

We stopped in on a Monday night, and had such a nice time, we came back the very next night. The bartenders were awesome, the prices were very good and we just felt instantly welcome! They have big comfy chairs at the bar, and there are plenty of seats around it so that even if the bar is full, you aren't squished in. There is a huge outdoor patio, that is screened in, with plenty of tables to sit at, two pool tables, tv's (and heaters), dart board, and other games to play (and more inside). Everyone makes you feel really welcome, the place is very clean and just really cool. There is a connected restaurant if you want food, but they close rather early. Stopped in for a night out and caught a live band—great energy, but the volume was so loud it made it hard to talk or hear anything else. The outdoor patio was definitely the place to be: plenty of seating, pool tables, and a dart board. Only suggestion would be to add speakers or a TouchTunes out back so there’s some music outside. The bar is attached to a restaurant, so we ordered food that came highly recommended by the cook in the kitchen… unfortunately, it was so salty it was hard to enjoy. Service was a mixed bag. Great place to enjoy an evening out dancing with live bands. Bartenders are the best, fastest, and most friendly smiles. I just wished the music had started earlier. It's a small, quiet town, and people just don't stay out that late in Dunnellon. I enjoy the place, especially the music and live bands. Maybe management will read and understand what we, the town folks, mean by earlier 6:30/7pm until 10/11pm. Noise levels depend upon the bands playing or on break.
