I have never been so insulted, the owner interrupted and would not let me speak. There office is not clean an looks like it needs to be redone, very dirty. I tried to speak and had to tell the owner not to talk so I could explain the issue. She was demanding and refused to help the customer. Many other spa's have been used locally and they have much better service. I will never get service...
